My sweet Goddaughter, two fabulous friends are bringing home from Russia.  

Natasha was born in Russia where children with Down Syndrome are "hidden" away, and left in orphanages, or worse, institutionalized due to their condition.  The chances of this sweet girl being adopted by someone in her country are virtually non existent.
